Preparing For Pregnancy After Loss

Going through loss or infertility is difficult on its own. And having a history of sexual trauma adds even more layers of triggers and emotions to work through. Because these triggers and emotions intensify during pregnancy and childbirth, I want you to be aware of them. When they’re no longer operating in the background, you get to take your power back! 

 

In this episode, I walk you through:

  1. What triggers and emotions may show up in pregnancy, while you’re giving birth, and in hospital settings in general 
  2. What you can do to overcome triggers/heavy emotions and feel safer within your body
  3. Forms of support you can enlist to increase the chances of your birth being a healing experience (vs a retraumatizing one)
