Preparing For Pregnancy After Loss

Jun 19, 2021

Just as heavy emotions or painful memories might come up for you on Mother’s Day and other special occasions, the same might be the case for your partner this Fathers Day (and other special days). What I’ve noticed with fathers though, is that they tend to prioritize your needs over theirs. This may lead to them hiding any emotions that may come up for them to ensure that they’re protecting your emotions.

In this episode, I share tips on creating space for your partner and honoring them on Father’s Day (while finding the balance to tend to your needs as well). I also share a piece that I wrote for my husband 3 years ago on Father’s Day. It’s a way for me to honor him publicly because so much of his support and love towards me is done in the background. He’s the gentle warrior who has my back and helps to build my resilience as we move through this journey.

I hope you enjoy this episode. Sending love to you today and always!
